The neighborhood will have an assortment of amenities such as an indoor/outdoor fitness center, community garden, walking trail, food truck park, social area, and business center. It is our mission to offer residents affordable home options and to help them transition from renting into home-ownership. “We offer our customers an unique community with awesome homes that are livable and modern that won’t break them at the bank,” said the Founder. The Tiny Heights mission is to create a community that encourages financial responsibility, togetherness, and facilitates a smooth transition into home ownership.
